We’ve designed Business in a Box to be as straightforward for you as possible.
You only pay for what you need. You can add to our basic package and select the services you need, all whilst spreading the cost with a simple, direct debit payment each month.

Professional Website with Domain & Hosting
A professional website designed and created by our team for you. No more having to learn about DIY website building or searching through 100's of quotes to find a developer to get your business online. We take the hassle away by designing, editing and hosting your website, all for one, low monthly price.

Professional Email Address
Communicate with your customers, send invoices, quotes or receipts all from a secure, professional email address using your own domain. You will be provided with access to a Microsoft inbox for your email address as well as support in setting up your email on any devices that you need.

Security Certificates & Anti-Spam
Staying safe online is vital for you and your customers. With Business in a Box you get SSL certificates included as standard. We also set up anti-spam on your website to protect from rogue logins and spam comments.

Microsoft 365 Basic
Get the apps and services your business needs as part of your Business in a Box package. Microsoft 365 Basic includes Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps for the web, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and more. Get access to storage and hold meetings online all with your 365 license.
You can then add to this package with our series of IT and Marketing add-ons, designed to ensure your business can access what it needs to get online and reach your customers.

Local Telephone Number
Keep your mobile number safe and private with a local telephone number that forwards to your mobile.

Email Addresses
Is one email address not going to be enough? Add as many 50GB email mailboxes as you need to your package for just £6.00 each per month.

Microsoft Office 365
Get the business tools you need on your desktop with a Microsoft 365 license. Includes access to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Access (PC only) and Microsoft Publisher (PC only).

Custom Logo Design
Whether you're a startup looking for your first logo or feel your logo could do with a refresh, you can spread the cost of your logo design by simply adding it to your Business in a Box package.

IT Support
If you're looking for a simple, easy to understand IT Support package, then look no further. We support you, as the user, not your device. So no matter if it's your WiFi or your X-Box, your Laptop or your email, we will get you back up and running when things don't quite go right.

One, two, three, launch!
Do you want to get your business online but don’t know where to start? Business in a Box can help. We provide everything you need to get started, for one simple monthly payment.
Here’s a quick run down on what happens when you sign up for a Business in a Box.
Step One
Build your own Business in a Box. Start with our Standard package then add what you need for your business from our selection of IT and Marketing add-ons.
Step Two
Once you've completed your order, you'll be prompted to book your meeting with our design team. Following this meeting the team will register your domain, set up your email and begin work on your website.
Step Three
We'll send you access information for your new email mailbox and help you set it up on your devices, or you can visit the Knowledge Hub to find out how to get set up!
Step Four
We'll send you a link to view your website and book a review call. From here we'll make any final adjustments and test your new website.
Step Five
Once you've approved your final website, we are ready to launch! We launch your website for the whole world to see, and you can begin marketing your business online!
You're never alone though, our team are always here to help and, don't forget, you can make additions or changes to your site as part of your package. There's a request form for you in your account page, our knowledge hub for technical walkthroughs and you can call us at anytime for support, help and guidance.
What happens in your design meeting with our team?
We want to produce the best for your business. What better way to find out about it than to speak with you?
During the sign up process you’ll be prompted to book a meeting with the team. We can host the meeting on Microsoft Teams, Zoom or even over the phone at a time that works for you. We’ll run through your requirements, ideas and vision before we set the team to work. This usually takes around 20-30 minutes.
You’ll also be asked to complete a short form ahead of the meeting to tell us more about your business and the amazing website you’re envisioning. We’ll use this as a guide to create your beautiful new website so please take the time to provide as much detail as possible. The more information you can provide, the better.

Most frequent questions and answers
Following your Design Meeting with your assigned developer, your website will normally be live within 5-7 working days.
You will be sent a draft version of your site with content for review during this time period. Once you have confirmed you are happy with the website it will be placed live and you can start attracting more customers.

We know that sometimes you will have questions that no website can answer, or you want to clarify something about your Business in a Box package, here is how you can get in touch with the team:

Requesting a change or update to your website could not be simpler. Simply fill out a request form (you’ll find this on your account page) and we will get to work. If we need some more information or need clarifications we may get back in touch with you to make sure we get it right.
All our websites are designed to be fully responsive and look great no matter which device you are viewing it from.
Your Business in a Box will be unique to you, depending on how you build it to suit your business. But here are some of the standard terms that apply to all Business in a Box packages:
- 12 month minimum contract
- Payment is monthly taken via Direct Debit

Absolutely! We are happy to provide you with the access details in order for you to edit your website. Remember that your plan does include edits from our expert team though, so don’t forget to make use of these.
If you’re not sure about something, feel free to reach out to the team, they will do their best to advise you.
Please note: If an error when making changes to your website results in the need for us to repair it, this will incur charges as outlined in your contract. In addition, no support is provided for 3rd Party Plugins which you may add without prior discussion with the team. If you want to discuss this further, please contact the team.
